In this episode, we review the latest book, “Passions in Death!” This book hit a bit close to home for both AJ and Tara in different ways. But, we love the fact that Nora is adding more LGBTQ representation in the books.

What we don’t love are the two main suspects: Greg Barney who’s a dick and Chi-Chi Lopez who’s a bitch.

Based on what we heard from some of our listeners on Facebook, this book is pretty “mid,” as the kids say. Not really bad, but not great either. However, in reviewing the book we found some really great moments, some touching moments, some funny moments. Which all make this book a good read, even if it doesn’t rise to the level of a fan favorite.
