Here we are again with another “We Review the Reviews Episode!”

In this episode we talk about why there are so many negative reviews for “Seduction” based on Susan Ericksen’s reading of the Audiobook.

Related to that, we mention a 2012 interview with Susan and husband David Colacci, where she talks about going back and re-recording some of the “In Death” books. If you are interested, here is the link to that interview.

We also talk about people needing to pay attention to details when they read the books so that, for example, when Nora writes a line like: “In the gorgeous spring of 2059…” you pick up on how the book is set in the future. Or maybe pay attention to what the characters names are.

We find out that you apparently won’t get away with having one of your characters call John Keats’ work “stupid.”

We have people pissed off at Eve for not taking care of herself and acting pissy when Roarke tries to take care of her. But also people pissed off because how dare Roarke be so mean to Eve by forcing her to take care of herself.

Yet other people are annoyed by how “Peabody acts less like a cop & more like a teenage boy, always horny & hungry!”

But we also have a few really great reviews that we love.

Hope you all have as much fun listening to the episode as we had recording it!
