Fluke in the Name Generator - We Discuss Eve's Bullpen

In this episode, AJ and Tara discuss the various members of Eve’s Bullpen that have been mentioned in the books so far.

In going through the list from our Wiki, we realize how many people have been mentioned only once but never mentioned again. But also, how many names have been re-used. We thought that it was confusing to have a Detective Carmichael and “Uniform” Carmichael, but did you know we also have a Detective (?) Franks and Officer Franks, and also a Officer Jonas (female) and an Officer Jonas (Male). We feel like Nora really needs a better character name generator.

Then of course we go through all the regulars in the squad like Baxter, Trueheart, Jenkinson, Rieneke, Carmichael, Santiago and Uniform Officers Shelby and Carmichael. Each one of these characters has their own unique characteristics and role on the team. From Baxter’s fancy suits, to Trueheart’s blushing, to Jenkinson’s ties to Santiago losing bets all the time, we love every member of Eve’s Bullpen!

BTW…our new head canon is that Santiago will be played by Pedro Pascal.

We also talk about our listeners favorite members of Eve’s bullpen, and their favorite moments with all the members of Eve’s squad.
