Those of you familiar with this series will know that each of the books starts with two opening quotes that have something to do with the plot of the book. If you love the opening quotes, or if you have never really read them, so don’t know about them at all, this should be an interesting episode for you. We discuss the quotes, how they fit in with each book, what author was quoted the most and least, which quotes have been re-used.

During our “Podcast Business” segment, we talk about some recent discussions on Facebook, most notably, the discussion about Eve and Roarke having a baby (or not).

We also discuss the possible demise of Twitter, and A.J. has an alternative: http://roarke.industries/

PLUS: A.J. and Jen will once again join Tara and her co-host Adam as guests on the “Basic Snitches” Podcast! This episode will air sometime in January or February and will be along the same lines as the last “Basic Snitches” episode that the “Podcast in Death” ladies appeared on. If you haven’t listened to that one yet,  we highly recommend it. Here’s the link: https://open.spotify.com/episode/1TnphAUub98VSP2Evnpjar?si=2eb6120681d14979

Several good reviews for this book! Like…this novella about a vampire felt lifeless? Also, the whole story is “Weird as Fuck.” More “Nora doesn’t know how to describe the future.” […]
