Here we go, everyone! We are reviewing “Innocent in Death” and this book is ROUGH, and there are so many characters here who are absolute GARBAGE!
The killer here is just a complete narcissistic psychopath. The first murder is brutal, not just physically, but emotionally as well. Second murder? We’re almost ready to cheer about it because the victim is also human garbage.
Of course, Magdelana enters the picture with her fakeness, and is an evil bitch and just TRASH! Eve is not handling her feelings of insecurity well and Roarke reacts to that by being insulted and swinging his dick around. Sorry, but we think he deserves that punch at the end.
Also, Summerset being 100% Team Eve is really nice to see, and the short time we spend with Mavis is absolute gold! She is a rock solid friend for Eve and we love to see it!!
